UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Subsequent to our orders including the order dated 13th March, 2018, all the High Courts have registered suo motu writ petitions on issues relating to child rights.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.

Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.

The Bench hearing the suo motu petition in the High Court may considering appointing an amicus curiae to assist in the matter. This should be communicated by the Secretary General to the Registrar General of every High Court.
