UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
On 11.3.2011, we had adjourned the matter by four weeks to enable the NCPCR to file a detailed affidavit and also to enable the various States to take steps for constitution of JJBs and CWCs in districts where they were not constituted. However, the office has listed the 4
matter even before the expiry of the said four weeks.
List the matter after four weeks as already directed on 11.3.2011.
