Learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the 1. judgment on which the learned Division Bench of the Uttrakhand High Court has relied on while passing the impugned order is pending Sideration before a coordinate Bench of this Court in SLP(C) $17.53$ NS. 12309/2021.

present matter is tagged along with SLP(C) No.12309/2021 and both the matters are heard together by one Bench.

3. The Registry is directed to place the matters before Hon'ble the Chief Justice of India for getting appropriate orders for placing the same before an appropriate Bench.
