UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioners has taken us through the file and shown us that the lease has been extended till 01.10.2018 on payment of Rs.6,000/- per month.

We are of the view that the petitioners should be allowed to re-enter their premises within a period of one week from today, on an undertaking to be filed by all of them that they will vacate positively by 01.10.2018. This undertaking be filed within a period of four weeks from today.
