It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Praveen Agrawal, Advocate on 27.09.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 05.02.2016 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No. 4983/2013 (O&M).

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 70 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 123 days in refiling the SLP.

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No.5937/2017 @ CC No. 3181/2017 Entitled LAL CHAND AND ORS vs STATE OF HARYANA AND ORS arising out of common followed Judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 13.02.2017, when the Hon'ble Court was directed to issue of notice. The said SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 13.02.2017 is enclosed herewith). (Main Matter SC 201331/2017).

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with CC No. 5014/2017 Entitled OM DUTT vs THE STATE OF HARYANA AND ORS. as both are arising out of

common followed Judgment.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
