It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mrs. Amita Gupta, Advocate on 15.07.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 05.02.2016 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA Nos. 2154 of 2013 (O & M) and 444 of 2013 (O & M).

It is further submitted that SLP filed against the Order dated 05.02.2016 is within time in RFA No. 444 of 2013 (O & M) is within time, whereas there is a delay of 41 days in filing the SLP against the order dated 02.05.2016. Further there is a delay of 31 days in refiling both the SLPs. Thus there is a delay of 72 days and 31 days in filing and refiling the Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) CC Nos. 1802218031 of 2016 Entitled Bal Raj Singh And Ors. Etc. Versus State Of Haryana And Ors. Etc. as both are arising out of common Order.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the copies of order/Judgment/notification dated 11.1.2005, 31.5.2005, 15.11.1994, 11.5.2005, 27.02.2012 and 10.05.2006 and exhibits. In this regard, counsel has given a letter dated 18.08.2016 stating therein that the same are not necessary and Counsel has requested to register and list the matter at his own risk.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
