It is submitted that the writ petition alongwith application above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 15.05.2015 with office report dated 14.05.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Impleadment allowed. Rule. Ad-interim relief granted on 24th April, 2015 is modified to the effect that it would be open to the respondent-authorities to proceed with the selection process and further appointments may be made subject to the final outcome of this petition. Hearing is expedited. Pleadings shall be completed in the meantime."

It is further submitted that pursuant to afore-said order, cause title has been amended. Accordingly rule nisi has been issued to all the 29 respondents. Mr. Sushma Suri and Mr. R.P. Mehrotra, Advocates have entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 and 3 but they have not filed counter affidavit so far. Ms. Binu Tamta, Advocate has filed vakalatnama along with counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no. 4 (copy of the counter affidavit included). No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent No. 1 though served with notice. Mr. Abhijit Sengupta, Advocate has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 5 to 29 but he has not filed counter affidavit so far.

Service of rule nisi is complete.

The writ petition alongwith application above-mentioned is listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar regarding non appearance/non-filing of counter affidavit with this office report.
