The Special Leave Petitions above mentioned have been filed against the final Judgment and Order dated 11.03.2016 passed by the High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur in WP Nos. 15124, 14731, 14732, 12838, 12826, 12835, 14734, 14733, 14725, 12840 and 14724 of 2015.

It is submitted that there is a delay of 10 days in filing in all Special Leave Petitions filed against Order dated 11.03.2016 and there is also delay in refiling the SLPs of 78, 79, 79, 78, 79, 79, 78, 80, 78, 78 and 79 days, respectively. The counsel has filed applications for condonation of delay in filing & refiling.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) No. 31326 of 2016 @ CC No. 19268 of 2016 & Special Leave Petition (C) No. 15611 of 2016 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 21.10.2016 & 05.07.2016 respectively, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and the same is still pending before the Hon'ble Court (copy of order dated 21.10.2016 & 05.07.2016 enclosed).

It is again submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) No. 20718 of 2016 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 05.08.2016, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and the same is still pending before the Hon'ble Court (copy of order dated 05.08.2016 enclosed). 21693, 21694 AND 21690 OF 2016

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) CC No. 21687 of 2016 and the instant matters arising out of common judgment and have been tagged together.
