that he has no objection to the applications being allowed.

4. For the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed and the sole legal heir of the deceased respondent No.4, as mentioned in the prayer clause of the application, is brought on record in place of the deceased respondent No.4.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall file an amended cause title within four weeks from today.
