UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Mr. Saurabh Kirpal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the petition to approach the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi with some kind of proposal in terms of clause 4(e).

The petition is permitted to be withdrawn with costs of Rs.50,000/- to be paid to the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee within four weeks. The aforesaid amount shall be utilized for juvenile justice issues.

List the matter after six weeks for compliance.
