It is further submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the Civil Appeal No. 7345-47 of 2013 entitled "M/S SOUTH INDIAN BANK LTD., THRISSUR vs COMMISSIONER OF INCOME TAX, THRISSUR" arising from common relied upon order is pending which was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 30th August, 2013, when the Hon'ble Court has granted leave. (Copy of the order dated 30th August, 2013 is enclosed herewith for reference).

The matter alongwith application above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
