Application for exemption from filing O.T. is allowed. Delay condoned.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the will was executed in the year 1981, and the testator died in the year 1984. The petitioner has been in possession of the suit property for several decades. The suit was filed in the year 2010. These aspects have not been taken note of by the courts below.

Taking note of the aforesaid submission, issue notice.
