Last opportunity is granted to respondent No.1 (common in appeals) for filing counter affidavit within four eks.!

Service is complete on respondent No.2 (common in all the appeals) but none has entered appearance.

As per office report, service is not complete on respondent No.3 in C.A. No. 7296/2018. However, the Ld. Advocate-on-record, Mr. Nikunj Dayal submitted that respondent No.3 in C.A. No. 7296/2018 is the appellant in first three matters and is represented. Keeping in view the submission, service is deemed to be complete on respondent No.3. The Ld. Advocate-on-record, Mr. Nikunj Dayal appears for respondent No.3 and seeks time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit. Vakalatnama and counter affidavit be filed within four weeks.
