UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Having heard the learned Senior counsel – Ms. Kiran Suri appearing for the petitioners at length and after carefully perusing the material placed on record, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned orders passed by the High Court.
2. Since the petitioners were not party before the Tribunal or the High Court, they shall be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings as may be permissible under the law either in the Tribunal or in the High Court.
3. Subject to the above, the Special Leave Petitions are dismissed.
4. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
5. Interim order stands vacated forthwith.
