UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. The learned senior counsel for the petitioners states that the unserved respondent Nos.2, 3, 17, 41 and 43 are not necessary parties and she be permitted to delete them from the cause title.

2. The said respondents are permitted to be deleted at the risk of the petitioners.

3. Amended cause title be furnished within one week.

4. Interim order to continue till then.

5. List on 07.05.2024.
