UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R In T.P. Nos. 682,683,685,692,693,713 and 714 of 2011, learned counsel for the petitioner has not remitted the requisite process fee and the spare copies. Petitioner in each of the cases granted four weeks time as a last chance for remitting the process fee and furnishing spare copies. In all the other remaining matters steps have been taken, though, belatedly by five days. The delay is explained. Heard. Allowed. Issue notice. List the matter on 6.9.2011.
