UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

We are not inclined to maintain this special leave petition against the impugned order of the High Court refusing anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly dismiss the special leave petition, but we direct that in case the petitioner moves the appropriate Court for regular bail, the same shall be considered and disposed of on the same day considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady.

The special leave petition is dismissed accordingly.
