Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to invite our attention page 114 and 115 to say that in similar matters notice has been issued and stay granted. He, however, also submits that a subsequent development has been that the case of the respondent has Man referred to AIIMS, Jodhpur and report is awaited.
He submits that the appropriate course would be to place on record before us the report of AIIMS, Jodhpur.
