Learned counsel for the petitioners contend that the chest measurement of the respondent was done on 14.9.2015 while the measurement at the AIIMS, Jodhpur was done after one year and six months. This finding is apparent from the order of the learned Single Judge.

Issue notice.

In the meantime, there shall be stay of the operation of the impugned judgment and order.
