The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar on 13.10.2015, when the following order was passed :

" Ld.counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the respondent Nos.4(iv) & 4(vii) and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to them within the same period.

The respondent Nos.6 & 7 are reported to be dead. Ld.counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of four weeks file an application for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. Of the said respondents.

The respondent No.1 has already filed the counter affidavit. The other served respondents shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks.

List the matter again on 11.01.2016.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has neither furnished fresh particulars nor taken fresh steps hence fresh show cause notice could not be issued to respondent nos. 4(iv) and 4(vii). He has not filed application for substitution in respect of deceased respondent nos. 6 & 7. Dr. Monika Gusain, Advocate has filed vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 1. Ms. Santosh Singh, Advocate has on 14.07.2015 entered appearance on behalf of served respondent Nos. 2, 3(i), 3(ii), 4(i) to 4(iii), 4(v), 4(vi), 5(i) to 5(v) and 810 but she has not filed counter affidavit so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on respondent Nos. 4(iv), 4(vii), 6 & 7.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
