UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

Special Leave to Appeal (C) No(s). 9240-9241/2020

These special leave petitions have been filed against order 05.03.2020 passed by the High Court, by which the High Court allowed the review application and revived Writ Appeal Nos. 818- 819/2014 connected with Writ Appeal No. 958/2014 before the Appellate Bench by setting aside the order dated 13.04.2017. The consequence of order dated 05.03.2020 is that the writ appeals have been revived before the Appellate Bench and it is open for the parties to raise all their contentions which may be available to them in law.

We, therefore, are not inclined to entertain these petitions. The special leave petitions are, accordingly, dismissed leaving all contentions and questions open to be canvassed by the parties

before the Appellate Court, where the writ appeals are pending for consideration. We, however, observe that the Appellate Court may decide the writ appeals without being influenced by the observations made in the impugned order dated 05.03.2020.

The interim order dated 07.05.2019 passed in SLP (C) Nos. 24268-24300/2017 etc. shall continue till the Appellate Court passes any further order.

In view of the order dated 05.03.2020 passed by the High Court, the petitions have become infructous.

The special leave petitions and contempt petition are disposed of.
