UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R SLP(C) No.16745/2017

The respondent No.3 shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks.

The respondent Nos.4-10 have already filed the counter affidavit.

Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos.1, 2 & 11, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

As per postal tracking report in respect of respondent No.12, the remarks shows that "Left India". Therefore, the Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall take appropriate steps for the service of notice to him in accordance with the rules governing the subject within four weeks.

However, it is submitted by the Ld.counsel for the petitioner that respondent Nos.84, 85 and 86 are the brothers and Ld.counsel for the respondent Nos.85 and 86 may be requested to give details of respondent No.84 enabling him to take steps. Statement is taken on record. Hence, Ld.counsel for respondent Nos.85 & 86 is required to give the details of respondent No.84 to the Ld.counsel for the petitioner within two weeks.
