• 1 There are seven respondents in this Writ Petition filed in public interest.
• 2 The respondent Nos 4 and 5 have filed their counter.
• 3 We expect all other respondents also to file their counter within a period of four weeks from today having regard to the importance of the issue raised in this Writ Petition.
• 4 Advance copy of the counter affidavit, if any, shall be served on the learned Advocate-on-Record for the petitioner.
• 5 Rejoinder affidavit, if any, shall be filed within a period of two weeks thereafter.
