"Issue notice. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner on the question of grant of stay. In the meantime, operation of the impugned order dated 12.05.2016 passed in CWP No.9328 of 2016 (O&M) by High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh shall remained stayed.

List the matter for further orders after summer vacation and on service to the respondent before appropriate Bench as per Roster. "

It is submitted that there are 6 respondents. Show cause notice was issued on 10.06.2016 by Regd AD Post. Respondent no. 1 is represented through Mr. Ritesh Khatri, Advocate but has not filed counter affidavit so far. Neither AD cards nor unserved covers containing notice have been received back from respondent nos. 2–6.

Service of show cause notice is not complete of respondent nos. 2–6.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
