Fresh steps to be taken for service of respondent No.2 within two weeks' time, as last opportunity. Notice thereafter Signal Verife's sued through Trial Court as application for substituted 16.54:SUS<br>Prvice filed by him is not entertainable in criminal matters and Registry may take a note of it.
None appears for respondent No.5, despite due service.
Await service of respondent Nos.1, 4 and 6.
Two weeks' time, as last opportunity, is granted to the Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.7 for filing vakalatnama and counter affidavit.
