UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

In SLP(C)NOS. 16109 of 2017, 24450-24452 OF 2017 and 24455- 24457 OF 2017, learned counsel appearing for petitioner shall provide the copies of pleadings to the learned counsel for the appearing respondents within a weeks' time and file proof thereof. Thereafter, counter affidavit on behalf of the appearing respondents be filed within a period of four weeks'.

Office report indicates that the learned counsel for petitioner has filed a chart indicating the status of service in respect of all the respondents which is defective. Learned counsel for the parties submits that they will assist the Registry to make a complete chart/ report with regard to the status of all the respondents. The concerned Deputy Registrar is requested to look into the matter personally regarding the status report of the respondents in all the matters so that a complete report is prepared.

In SLP(C)No. 16948 of 2017, learned counsel submits that respondent no. 11 has expired. If so, learned counsel for petitioner shall take appropriate steps to bring on record the Lrs. of deceased respondent no. 11 within four weeks' time.
