For Respondent(s)
UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Having heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in Writ Petition (Civil) No.224 of 2019, notwithstanding the prayer for writ of quo warranto, we would understand the writ petition would be one pertaining to the challenge made against the appointment of respondent No.5 to the post of Chief Secretary, State of Madhya Pradesh. As similar writ petition has already been entertained, we issue notice in this writ petition and tag the present writ petition along with Writ Petition (Civil) 138 of 2019.
So far as the Writ Petition (C) No.206 of 2019 is concerned, issue notice on the first prayer. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks deletion of the second prayer, which stands allowed. Let this matter be tagged with Writ Petition (Civil) No.138 of 2019.
