The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition Nos. 1457, 1458 and 1460 of 2015 (Applications for restoration, condonation of delay in filing application for restoration and amendment/correction of the address of petitioner) were listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber on 16.02.2015, when His Lordship was pleased to pass the the following order:

"Delay in filing application for restoration is condoned. Application for restoration is allowed and the order dated 07.07.2014 is recalled. The special leave petition is restored to its original number. The address of the petitioner be corrected and amended Memo of Parties be filed accordingly. Crl. M.P. Nos. 1457, 1458 and 1460 of 2015 stand disposed of."

It is submitted that Mr. J.P. Dhanda, Counsel for the Petitioner has on 12.01.2015 filed amended memo of parties. Copy of the amended memo of parties has been included in SLP paper books for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is lastly submitted that Criminal Appeal No. 2346 of 2014 arising out of Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No. 5831 of 2014 and arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 03.11.2014 when the Court was pleased to grant leave in the matter and dispose of the resultant appeal. Copy of the Record of Proceedings and Signed Order dated 03.11.2014 are being circulated herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
