UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Both the respondents in T.P.(C) No. 103/2014 and Not Verified <pre>%pondent Nos.1 and 2 in T.P.(C) No. 791/2014 have not filed</pre> counter affidavit, despite the warning of last the opportunity. Further opportunity stands declined.

Respondent No.3 of T.P.(C) No. 791/2014 has duly been served but none has entered appearance.

Both the T.Ps stand complete, in the given circumstances. However, to be listed before the Hon'ble Court alongwith the connection petitions.

In T.P.(C) No.952/2014, counter affidavit of respondent No.2 is still awaited. Be filed within four weeks' time, as last opportunity.

Certificate of service from the High Court concerned with respect to respondent Nos.1 and 3 is still awaited. Let fresh reminder be issued.

Opportunity of both the respondents to file the counter affidavit has already been declined in T.P.(C) No. 204/2014. This petition also stands complete. However, to be listed alongwith the connected petitions.
