"Notice in Civil Appeal Nos. 4117 of 2015 and 4343 of 2015. Counter affidavit(s), if any, be filed as early as possible.

It is submitted that show cause notice was issued to all the respondents in the matter above mentioned through registered A.D. post. Service report of notice is still awaited.

It is further submitted that Mr. K.R. Sasiprabhu, Advocate has on 5.8.2015 filed an applications for stay and exemption from filing official translation which are registered as I.A. Nos. 4 and 5. (Copy of application is placed with main appeal paper books).
