Await certificate of service from the High Court in respect of respondent nos. 1 and 2 in C.A.No.5429/2015 and respondent no.2 in C.A.No.5430/2015. Reminder be issued.

Respondent no.4 has already filed counter affidavit in C.A.No.5429/2015. The ld. Counsel submits that since he Signature Not Verified Figure 13 respondent no.3 also, same counter affidavit be $\begin{bmatrix} 3:42:00 & 187 \ 3:42:00 & 187 \end{bmatrix}$ treated on his behalf also.

Ld. Counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 in C.A.No.5429/2015 further submits that counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no.4 is adopted for respondent no.3 in C.A.No.5430/2015 also.

Respondent no.1 in C.A.No.5430/2015 is granted four weeks time as last and final opportunity for filing counter affidavit.

List again on 5.10.2016.
