It is submitted that Counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 in C.A. No.5430/2015 has filed counter affidavit. Mr. Pukhrambam Ramesh Kumar, Advocate has on 21.12.2016 filed vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 2 in Appeal No. 5430 of 2015. Counsel for other respondents have not filed counter affidavit in the matter so far. Service is complete.
It is lastly submitted that Counsel for the parties have not filed statement of case in the matter within the time granted as per above mentioned orders. Original Record is not called from the Tribunal in view of Registry's circular dated 03.12.2014.
