"None appears for respondent No.1 in C.A. No.5429/2015 and respondent No.2 in both the matters, despite due service. Respondent No.4 in C.A. No.5429/2015 and respondent No.3 in C.A. No.5430/2015 have already filed counter affidavit. Respondent No.3 in C.A. No.5429/2015 and respondent No.1 in C.A. No.5430/2015 to file counter affidavit within four weeks' time. List again on 7.12.2016."

It is submitted that there are four respondents in Appeal no. 5429 of 2015 and three respondents in Appeal no. 5430 of 2015.

It is submitted that Counsel for Respondent No.3 in C.A. No.5429/2015 and Counsel for respondent No.1 in C.A. No.5430/2015 have not filed counter affidavit.

It is lastly submitted that Notice for filing statement of case has not been issued to the parties as it is not mandatory as per Supreme Court Rules , 2013 and Counsel for the parties have not filed statement of case in the matter so far. Original Record is not called from the Tribunal in view of Registry's circular dated 03.12.2014.

Service of NLPA is complete in the matters.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
