UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

In SLP (C ) Nos.9151-9153/2020 preferred by Maharani Deepinder Kaur (since deceased) through Lrs. and Others, this Court issued notice on 13.08.2020. The parties were directed to maintain status quo with regard to the properties involved in the proceedings and the matter was directed to be listed on 06.10.2020 after exchange of pleadings by the parties.

Since the present SLP has been filed by Rajkumari Amrit Kaur through Power of Attorney by Gagandeep Singh Mann (respondent No.1 in SLP (C ) Nos.9151-9153/2020), from the same judgment, we issue notice in the present matter. As interim relief has already been granted, no relief at this stage is called for.

The parties in both matters being same, service upon the concerned advocates who have entered appearance on behalf of the parties shall be taken to be due service upon the concerned respondents in the present matter. But the respondents who have not yet appeared through their counsel shall be served in the matter.
