UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Issue notice, returnable on 6.10.2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Gurdev Singh and Ranjit Singh, Respondent Nos. 4 & 7 (Proforma respondent 5 & 8) are no more and their names be deleted from the array of the parties.

According to him, some of the respondents [for example Respondent No. 5,6,8 and 9 in SLP (C) No.9151/2020] are proforma respondents and said respondents need not be served in the matter.

Mr. Tushar Bakshi, learned counsel for 1st Respondent on caveat, accepts notice. No service need to be effected on said respondent No.1.

Let other respondents be served additionally through Dasti Mode. Appropriate affidavits of service shall be filed in the Registry of this Court by 21.09.2020.

The respondents are at liberty to file their affidavits in reply by 28.09.2020. Rejoinder, if any, be filed by 3.10.2020. It is made clear that the matter shall be disposed of finally on the next date.

Pending further consideration, all the parties shall maintain status quo with regard to the properties involved in the present proceedings. It is further directed that Maharwal Khewaji Trust shall file the statement of accounts for the last five years before the next date of hearing.
