UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

As per the office report dated 25th March, 2021, the Advocate for the sole petitioner has expired on 24th November, 2020. Notice for alternative arrangement was issued on 22nd December, 2020 to the sole petitioner, who too has passed away. His legal representatives have not come forward for their impleadment. Since, the counsel for the petitioner is no more, learned counsel for the State of Uttar Pradesh is directed to issue instructions to the S.H.O of the local police station to find out the legal representatives of the petitioner and inform them about the pendency of this Special Leave Petition. S.H.O. shall thereafter submit a report along with his affidavit regarding effecting service on the legal representatives of the sole petitioner within a period of four weeks.
