Learned counsel for the appearing on both sides submit that the parties are desirous to explore the possibility of settling the entire disputes between them amicably and in that that regard, the matter may be referred for mediation before the Mediation Centre attached to the High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Amaravati. Taking note of the said submission, we direct the parties to appear before the Ld. Co-ordinator of the said Mediation Centre on 20.12.2023 at 10.30 a.m. The Ld. Co-ordinator shall appoint a Mediator to enable the parties to settle all their disputes amicably.
