OFFICE REPORT ON DEFAULT

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that the office Report on default was listed before the Hon'ble Judge-in-chamber on 20th November, 2014, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Learned counsel for the Appellants prays for and is allowed further three weeks' time to take steps for service on the legal representatives of the deceased respondent."

It is submitted that Mr. V. N. Raghupathy, Advocate has not filed an affidavit of service in respect of proposed Lr. Of deceased Respondent No. 1 so far, as notice of motion was endorsed for 12th January, 2015 and handed over to him for effecting service with a request to file an affidavit of service.

It is submitted that there are five respondents. Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 have been served with the notice but they have not entered appearance before this Court so far.

Service is not complete on proposed Lr. of deceased Respondent No. 1.

The default of the Advocates is reported to the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers with this Office Report on default.
