It is submitted by learned counsel for respondent nos. 49 to 53 that vakalatnama has been filed today morning. Respondent nos. 48 to 53 to file counter affidavit within four weeks. It is also submitted by learned counsel for the respondents that these respondents have also filed SLP(C) No. 13377 of 2009 arising out against the same impugned judgment which is pending before the court of Ld. Registrar (Court No. 2) and next date of hearing before that court is 15th December, 2009. Registry to take steps accordingly. Petitioner to file affidavit alongwith proof of dasti service of notice on respondent nos. 1 to 4, 6,7,9 to 47 and 54 within two weeks. List again on 13th January, 2010.
