UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following $0 R D E R$
IA 214316/2023
It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner $\mathbf{1}.$ Signature Not Verified $\mathbf{A}$ though vide order dated 17.07.2023, this Court had Read Specifically stayed the operation of the impugned judgments and orders, still the learned Members of the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) are proceeding further with the execution proceedings.
2. When there is a specific order staying the operation, the learned NCDRC ought to take into consideration the same. If in spite of the orders of this Court staying the operation of the impugned judgments and orders, the learned NCDRC proceeded further with the execution proceedings, the petitioner has ample remedies available.
3. With these clarifications the application is disposed of.
