It has already been submitted that no counter affidavit would be filed on behalf of Respondent no. 3.

Despite due service on respondent no.5, there is no appearance.

Two weeks time, is granted to the appellants, to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars or such other application in respect of respondent nos.2 and 4, who are unserved.
