It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by M/S Equity Lex Associates, Advocates on 26.05.2014 against the Judgment and Orders dated 22.12.2011 and 29.04.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No. 512 of 2010(O&M) and Civil Misc. No. 3951-C I of 2013 in RFA No. 512 of 2010(O&M).
It is further submitted that SLP filed against the Order dated 29.04.2014 is within time, whereas there is a delay of 796 days in filing the SLP against the order dated 22.12.2011. Counsel for the petition has filed an application for condonation of delay in filing in SLP.
It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) Nos. 14715-14716 of 2014 Entitled Haryana Wakf Board Versus Harjinder Pal Singh & Ors. as both are arising out of similar issue.
It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 18.07.2014 filed copies of orders daetd 29.05.2009, 22.11.2006, 18.02.2014 and noticfications dated 12.09.2001, 01.03.2002 as Annexures P9-P13 as additional documents in terms of undertaking letter dated 10.06.2014. Copies of the same are being circulated to the Hon'ble Court.
The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
