Among five respondents herein, service of respondent nos. 1,4 and 5 is complete but none has entered appearance.

However, the ld. Counsel, Mr B.K.Satija has appeared for respondent no.1State. Vakalatnama and counter affidavit be filed within the respective stipulated time.

For respondent nos. 2 and 3, opportunity to file counter affidavit has already been declined.

Among five respondents herein, service upon respondent nos. 3 and 5 is complete but none has entered appearance.

Counter affidavit of respondent no.4 is awaited. Be filed within four weeks time as last opportunity. Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 2 is still awaited.

SLP (C) No. 26573/2014 Service upon all the three respondents is complete. None has appeared for the respondents.

The ld. Counsel, Mr B.K.Satija has appeared for the State. Vakalatnama and counter affidavit be filed within the respective stipulated time.

SLP (C) Nos. 15573, 15614, 15656/2014

In respect of respondent no.1 common to all SLPs and respondent no.3 in SLP(C) No. 15656/2014, office report is silent about the counter affidavit.

Application for substituting the legal representatives of deceased respondent no.4 of this petition though has been filed but certain defects are noticed. Be cured and application thereafter be processed as per rules.

SLP (C) No. 17083/2014

Among three respondents herein, respondent no.1 has already filed counter affidavit.

Opportunity for respondent nos. 2 and 3 to file counter affidavit has already been declined.

Matter stands complete. However, to be listed before the Hon'ble Court as and when other matters become complete.

SLP (C) No. 1708586/2014

Among four respondents herein, respondent no.1 has already filed counter affidavit.

Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3 is still awaited.

The ld. Counsel, Mr B.K.Satija has appeared on behalf of the State. Vakalatnama and counter affidavit be filed within the respective stipulated time.

Among three respondents herein, application for substituting the legal representatives of deceased respondent no.1 has been filed. Be processed to be placed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers.

The ld. counsel for respondent no.3 has entered appearance for respondent no.2 as well. Vakalatnama for respondent no.2 and the counter affidavit on behalf of both respondents be filed within the time stipulated for the purpose.

Counter affidavit of common respondent no.1 is already on record.

Same is still awaited for respondent nos. 2 and 3. Be filed within four weeks time as last opportunity. Service report qua notice of alternative arrangement for legal representatives of deceased respondent no.4 is still awaited.

Among four respondents herein, counter affidavit of respondent no.1 is already on record.

Application for substituting the legal representatives of deceased respondent no.2 who is respondent no.1 in SLP(C) NO.28625/2014 has been filed but defects as noticed therein have not been cured. Be cured within two weeks time. Application thereafter be processed to be placed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers.

It is submitted that there are 5 respondents in the matter. Respondent Nos. 1, 4 and 5 are served by dasti service of notice but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Opportunity to file counter affidavit has been declined to counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3. Mr. B.K. Satija, Adv has not filed vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no.1 i.e. State of Haryana so far.

SLP (C) No.24837 OF 2014

It is submitted that there are 5 respondents in the matter. Respondent Nos. 13 & 5 are served through dasti service of notice but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Mr. B.K. Satija, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No.4 but he has not filed counter affidavit so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

SLP (C) No.26573 OF 2014

It is submitted that there are 3 respondents in the matter. Respondent Nos. 1 & 3 are served through dasti and service on Respondent No. 2 has been treated to be complete vide order of Ld. Registrar dated 10.07.2015. But no one has entered appearance on their behalf. Mr. B.K. Satija, Adv has not filed vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of State of Haryana so far.

It is submitted that Mr. Abhishek Aggarwal and Mr. B.K. Satija, Advocates have filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos. 13 in all the SLPs. Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 & 3 in SLP (C) No. 15573 of 2014 & 15656 of 2014 respectively.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on

respondent no.4 in SLP (C) No. 15656/2014.

*It is further submitted that Respondent No. 4 in SLP no. 15656/2014 has expired. Advocate has filed an application for substitution which is under process for further action as counsel has cured the defects on 11.12.2015.

SLP (C) No. 17083/2014

It is submitted that there are three respondents. Mr. B. K. Satija, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. Mr. Abhishek Aggarwal, counsel for Respondent No. 1 has filed vakalatnama after obtaining N.O.C. from Mr. Ankur Prakash, erstwhile advocate. Counter affidavit has already filed on behalf of respondent no.1.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

SLP (C) Nos. 1708586/2014

It is submitted that there are four respondents. Mr. Abhishek Aggarwal, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No. 1. Counter affidavit has already filed for respondent no.1. In respect of Respondent Nos. 23 service of notice is awatied. Ms. Usha Nandini V., Adv has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of Lrs. nos. 4(i) to 4 (x), but she has not filed counter affidavit so far.

Service of notice is incomplete of respondent nos. 23.

SLP (C) No. 1471516 of 2014

It is submitted that common Respondent No. 1 is now represented through Mr. Abhishek Aggarwal, Adv. and counter affidavit on his behalf is already filed on 11.02.2015. Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 are represented through Mr. B.K. Satija, Adv. But he has not filed counter affidavit so far. All the Lrs of respondent no.4 are now represented through Ms. Usha Nandini V., Adv. and counter affidavit on their behalf was already filed by erstwhile advocate.

Service of notice is complete.

SLP (C) No. 15365 of 2014

It is submitted that there are total 4 Respondents. Respondent No. 1 is represented through Mr. Abhishek Aggarwal, Adv. and counter affidavit has already been filed on his behalf on 11.02.2015.

It is further submitted that Respondent No. 3 and 4 are State of Haryana & Land Acquisition Collector respectively. Mr. B.K. Satija, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of the said respondents in connected matters i.e. SLP(C) Nos. 15573, 15614 & 15656 of 2014. But no vakalatnama and memo of appearance has been filed by him in the instant matter so far. Respondent No. 2 (Zile Singh) has expired and Hon'ble Judge (in chambers) vide order dated 11.12.2015 has directed notice on the application for substitution of his Lrs.
