The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08th September, 2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"A letter has been circulated by the learned counsel for the respondents seeking adjournment for filing Counter affidavit.

Counter affidavit may be filed within four weeks from today. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within three weeks thereafter. List the matter on 31st October, 2014. In the meantime, service be completed."

It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that pursuant to the aforesaid Order, counter affidavit as well as rejoinder affidavit has not been filed so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed affidavit of dasti service in respect of respondent Nos. 2 to 6 but no one has entered appearance on behalf of the said respondents so far.
