UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
- 1 No orders are passed on the Interlocutory Application at the present stage. The order dated 27 October 2020 granted an ad-interim stay of the operation of the judgment dated 13 August 2020 of the National Green Tribunal after the parties were heard. All the submissions would therefore be considered at the final hearing of the civil appeals.
- 2 Parties shall complete their pleadings within a period of six weeks from the date of this order. The appeals be listed thereafter.
