INTERLOCUTORY APPLICATION NO. 38864 OF 2021

Learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of Interlocutory Application No. 38864 of 2021. However, learned counsel for the respondent no.7 vehemently contends that the applicant may be permitted to withdraw the application, but the VRS granted to him may not be treated as a precedent.

Accordingly, the Interlocutory Application No. 38864 of 2021 is permitted to be withdrawn and the same stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the VRS granted to the applicant shall not be treated as a precedent.
