UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Mr. Alakh Alok Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that U.P. Unaided Medical College Welfare Association (respondent no.3) be deleted from the array of parties as it is not a necessary party. In view of such submission of the learned counsel, the respondent no.3 be deleted, at the risk of the petitioners.
The learned counsel submits that the open court hearing of the Review Petitions was ordered by this Court on 6.10.2020. In view of the said development, the impleadment application on behalf of the students of the concerned medical college may bear consideration when the Review Petitions are taken up. The Registry to proceed accordingly.
