The Special Leave Petition abovementioned has been filed by Mr. Karunakar Mahalik, Advocate against the final impugned judgment and Order dated 05.08.2016 of the High Court of Judicature at Patna in CWJC No. 10434 of 2016.

It is submitted that Originally the Special Leave Petition was filed within time but there was a delay of 30 days in refiling the SLP which has been condoned by the Competent Authority.

It is further submitted that the SLP(C) 2288222888/2004 referred to on Annexure P1 was disposed of by this Hon'ble Court on 23.01.2006. The copy of the record of proceedings dated 23.01.2006 is annexed at page nos.129132 of SLP paperbooks.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
