The Transfer Petition above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 25th May, 2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Issue notice. In the meanwhile, as an interim measure, it is directed that further proceedings in M.C. No.1019 of 2016 titled "Sh. Jagadeesh KS Vs. Dr. Nirmala Jagadeesh" pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall remain stayed till the next date of hearing. List after six weeks."

Accordingly, notice was issued to the sole Respondent on both the addresses through Registered A.D. post on 6th June, 2016.

It is submitted that Mr. Purshottam Sharma Tripathi, Advocate has on 11th July, 2016 filed Vakalatnama and Memo of appearance on behalf of sole Respondent alongwith Counter Affidavit after serving its copy on other side. Copy of the same has been included in the paper books.

Service of show cause notice is complete.
