It has been agreed between the parties that over and above the amount which has been directed to be paid by the High Court, the petitioner-claimant shall be entitled to a total amount of Rs. 2,50,000/-(Rupees Two Lakh and Fifty Thousand only) in full and final settlement of all his claims, demands and outstandings. The total amount shall be paid to the petitioner by the respondent-M/s. Bajaj Allianz Insurance Co. Ltd.
